Job Summary:
A Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to completion. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
He needs to lead and oversee Five-Star Hotel construction projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on site
Plan project schedules and ensure timely completion
Prepare and manage project budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Resolve construction issues, delays, and conflicts
Approve materials and subcontractor work
Prepare progress reports for senior management
Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained
