• Must meet Bangladesh Bank 'fit and proper' criteria; appointment subject to BB prior approval

About Paperless

Paperless Ltd is a licensed Payment System Operator (PSO) in Bangladesh, operating a live payment gateway that helps merchants accept digital payments securely. Under new ownership, we are building a strong in-house leadership team to scale our operations and deliver reliable, compliant payment services across the country.

The role

We are seeking an experienced CEO / Managing Director to lead Paperless as it scales under new ownership. You will own the company's strategy, performance, regulatory relationships and leadership team, ensuring the payment gateway runs reliably, compliantly and profitably. This appointment is subject to Bangladesh Bank approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the company's overall strategy and annual business plan

• Own the relationship with Bangladesh Bank and ensure full regulatory compliance as a PSO

• Build and lead the senior leadership team across finance, operations, compliance and technology

• Ensure the payment gateway operates securely, reliably and within agreed service levels

• Represent the company to banks, card schemes, MFS partners and key merchants

• Drive merchant growth, revenue and profitability

• Report to the Board on performance, risk and strategy

Remuneration
