Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Appoint and manage dealers, distributors and corporate clients.

• Lead and supervise Sales, Marketing and Administrative teams.

• Ensure smooth office operations and administrative compliance.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company policies.

• Prepare business plans, budgets, sales forecasts and management reports.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with Production, Accounts, HR and Supply Chain departments.

• Conduct regular market visits and dealer performance evaluations.

• Negotiate commercial agreements and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Train, motivate and evaluate team performance.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
