About Paperless

Paperless Ltd is a licensed Payment System Operator (PSO) in Bangladesh, operating a live payment gateway that helps merchants accept digital payments securely. Under new ownership, we are building a strong in-house leadership team to scale our operations and deliver reliable, compliant payment services across the country.

The role

We are seeking a Head of Operations to run the engine room of our payment gateway - settlement, disputes, merchant onboarding and customer support ensuring smooth, reliable, on-time processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily settlement and reconciliation operations

• Manage chargeback/dispute handling and merchant onboarding/KYC operations

• Lead customer support and service quality

• Own operational risk and fraud-monitoring processes

• Ensure service levels, uptime and process efficiency

• Build and manage the operations team

Remuneration
