• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Toiletries

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Minimum 5 years in FMCG company

• Ensure the proper planning, implementation, and controlling of the product design & development, capacity, process, facility layout, and production technology & resources of production department.

• Drive effectively operations of the production department in general to achieve the company’s operative and financial goals.

• Oversee the proper preparation and timely issue of SOP plan in consultation with factory manager and other concerned managers.

• Ensure that resources required for Detergent power production are provided well in time for meeting the production target.

• Take necessary steps to increase productivity and production capacity by following required production standards.

• Ensure proper utilization of company resources, such as: manpower, machine capacity, materials etc.

• Manage and train production staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.

• Ensure all safety parameters are maintain at all times during production to reduce lost time accident and first aid case.

• Provide safety counseling to staff and employees of factory to increase employee awareness.

• Ensure machine up-time planned shutdowns for preventive maintenance and quick turnarounds of breakdowns.

• Ensure capacity utilization, line and labor productivity and plan for capacity expansion ahead of need.

• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel and identify training needs.

• Keep the record properly and distribution of production data.

• Prepare and submit reports on time with accurate figures & facts to the factory manager and occasionally send the copies to other concerned parties of the group.
