Job Context

• Oversee and monitor daily Production and Warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain proper inventory management, stock records, production flow, and customer demand alignment.

• Conduct internal audits of warehouse materials, finished goods, equipment, and documentation to identify risks, prevent wastage, and ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain strict adherence to company SOPs, compliance guidelines, and operational standards in all activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits of production activities and report deviations to concerned departments.

• Verify all warehouse transactions including stock in/out, GRN, issue, return, and adjustments to ensure accuracy.

• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and monthly stock-taking with proper documentation.

• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO inventory principles.

• Inspect storage conditions, handling procedures, and safety practices for raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.

• Prepare and maintain audit reports following SOPs, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.

• Identify operational gaps, losses, variances, or irregular activities, and recommend corrective actions with proper follow-up.

• Collaborate with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure timely and smooth operations.

• Provide special audit findings and analytical reports to management when required.
