Responsibilities & Context:
Operate automatic tea packaging machines safely and efficiently.
Set up and adjust machines for different packaging sizes.
Monitor filling, sealing, labeling, and packing operations.
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report major faults.
Achieve daily production targets while minimizing machine downtime.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow GMP and food safety standards.
Complete daily production and machine operation records.
