Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Sales & Factory Operations Manager for Rongin Furniture. In this dual role, you will be responsible for driving furniture sales, building strong client relationships, and overseeing factory production efficiency, quality control, and supply chain management to ensure on-time delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

- Generate new sales leads and achieve monthly/yearly sales targets for customized furniture and interior projects.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, and retail customers.

- Understand customer requirements to prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and finalize deals.

- Monitor showroom sales performance (if applicable) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) order processing.

2. Factory Operations & Production Management:

- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily factory production activities to maximize output and efficiency.

- Ensure strict adherence to production schedules to guarantee on-time delivery of orders.

- Implement and monitor quality control measures for raw materials (wood, plywood, MDF, hardware, etc.) and final product finishing.

- Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of carpenters and factory production staff.

3. Supply Chain & Inventory Control:

- Manage raw material procurement, vendor selection, and cost negotiation to maintain optimal production costs.

- Maintain regular inventory logs for raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste and stockouts.

4. Team Leadership & Coordination:

- Bridge the gap between the sales team and the factory floor to ensure smooth communication from order placement to final delivery.

- Prepare and submit regular progress reports regarding sales performance and factory output to top management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: BBA/MBA (preferably majoring in Marketing, Operations, or Supply Chain Management) or Graduation from any reputed university. Relevant industry experience may compensate for academic background.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working in furniture manufacturing, interior solution companies, or production-based retail businesses, with proven leadership in sales or operations.

Age Range: 30 to 45 years.

Key Competencies & Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of furniture-making processes, materials, wood types, and hardware components.

- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and basic inventory software.
