• Age 25 to 35 years

• Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Production Planning & Control (PPC).Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Knowledge of quality inspection methods, defect analysis, and root cause analysis.

• Basic knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and production monitoring.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and preparation of MIS reports.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Effective communication and coordination skills with Production, Quality, Stores, and other departments.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production and quality targets.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Job Purpose:

To support Quality Assurance and Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities by ensuring product quality, production planning, process compliance, and timely execution of production schedules. The role will be responsible for quality monitoring, production coordination, data analysis, and continuous improvement to achieve production and quality targets.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documents accurately.

• Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other engineering software.

• Support engineering, quality assurance, and production planning activities to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor product quality and process compliance as per established standards and specifications.

• Assist in production planning, scheduling, and material coordination to achieve production targets.

• Analyze technical and quality-related issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Prepare reports, MIS, technical documents, and relevant records accurately and timely.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational issues.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork, and professional work ethics.

• Perform any other duties or assignments as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
