• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to handle sales targets and operational responsibilities.

• Manage overall operations of the supershop.

• Supervise sales team, cashier, and floor staff.

• Ensure proper product display, stock management, and inventory control.

• Monitor daily sales and prepare sales reports.

• Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.

• Coordinate with management and ensure smooth shop operations.
