1. Monitor and manage customer queries, comments, messages, and online interactions.

2. Respond to customers professionally and promptly through social media and other communication channels.

3. Monitor live sessions, posts, and promotional activities.

4. Coordinate with the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues.

5. Maintain proper records of customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries.

6. Ensure that inappropriate comments, spam, or misleading content are handled according to company policy.

7. Support online campaigns, product promotions, and live selling activities.

8. Prepare daily/weekly activity reports for management.

9. Perform other duties assigned by the management.
