Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Chemist to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and improving skincare and haircare formulations, ensuring product quality, and supporting production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate innovative skincare and haircare products

• Identify and implement new or improved formulation technologies

• Monitor and evaluate product stability

• Improve existing formulations to enhance product quality

• Conduct testing of raw materials and packaging materials

• Perform quality checks on ingredients and raw materials

• Research and analyze market products and trends

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and regulations

• Source and evaluate high-quality chemical ingredients

• Perform chemical testing for new and existing product development

• Maintain proper documentation for formulations and testing

• Observe production processes and recommend improvements for efficiency

• Take ownership of product deliverables and assigned resources

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of surfactants, cosmeceuticals, dermatological formulations, and preservative systems

• Hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation and product development

• Analytical mindset with strong research capabilities

• Creative, proactive, and team-oriented personality

• Good understanding of quality control and assurance processes

Preferred Experience

·       2-3 years’ experience in related field.

• Experience in cosmeceutical product lines will be highly preferred

Educational Requirements

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:

• BSc / MSc in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Biochemistry

• Or B.Pharm / M.Pharm
