·       Team Leadership & Supervision

·       Performance Monitoring

·       Sales Strategy Execution

·       Scheduling & Shift Management

·       Ability to monitor real-time Call, Chat Audit and Analysis etc.)

·       Good grip on reporting/analytical skill on floor incidental issues.

·       Basic English communication skill both written and verbal.

·       Need to monitor/track real-time

·       Product Briefing and Tracking Agent Quality.

·       Ensure replies align with company guidelines and SOPs.

·       Highly energetic and analytical.
