• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Pharmacy

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Oversee entire liquid production process, analyze and identify process gaps & bottlenecks and take initiative to enrich overall production outcome.

• Prepare production plan, analyze down time and adjust extra schedule (if needed) to ensure achievement of target.

• Take necessary steps to increase productivity and production capacity by following required production standards.

• Ensure proper utilization of company resources, such as: manpower, machine capacity, materials etc.

• Ensure machine up-time planned shutdowns for preventive maintenance and quick turnarounds of breakdowns.

• Manage and train production staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.

• Ensure all safety parameters are maintain at all times during production to reduce lost time accident and first aid case.

• Provide safety counseling to staff and employees of factory to increase employee awareness.

• Manage liquid stock and ensure its timely delivery.

• Prepare all kinds of production summary reports required by management within specific deadline.

• Prepare all kinds of accounting and financial summary reports required by management.

• Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
