• Graduation/ Post-graduation in any discipline. Candidate having a degree in Hospital Management/Quality Management or a related discipline will be highly preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 12-15 years' experience in leading private/Corporate hospitals.

• Experience of working in a corporate hospital would be an addition advantage

• Candidates having experience in an internationally accredited hospital (JCI/NABH/ACHSI, CAP, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To be the point of contact for the international accreditation process and ensure continuous compliance.

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve the hospital's Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, protocols, and quality standards.

• Lead hospital's Quality Assurance, Patient Safety, Clinical Governance, and Hospital Accreditation.

• Monitor and analyze quality indicators, patient safety metrics, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.

• Oversee quality audits, clinical audits, risk management, incident reporting, RCA, CAPA, and infection prevention quality initiatives.

• Promote a culture of quality, patient-centered care, safety, accountability, and continuous learning across all departments.
