Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee the complete production operations of the Jute Mill.
Develop and implement production plans to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of machinery, manpower, and raw materials.
Monitor spinning, weaving, batching, finishing, and bale press operations.
Improve productivity through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure product quality meets customer and export standards.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Commercial, and Supply Chain departments.
Control production costs and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
Prepare production reports and present performance updates to management.
Lead, mentor, and develop production teams and department heads.
