Additional Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of shipping and chartering operations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.



Responsibilities & Context:

Noapara Group is looking for a competent, proactive, and result-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive – Shipping & Chartering to support the Group’s shipping and chartering operations. The position will be responsible for vessel sourcing, chartering coordination, voyage monitoring, shipping documentation, and communication with ship owners, brokers, agents, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in vessel sourcing, chartering, and voyage-related activities.

  • Collect, evaluate, and compare vessel offers and freight quotations.

  • Coordinate with ship owners, brokers, charterers, agents, and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor vessel ETA/ETD, loading, sailing, and discharge status.

  • Maintain vessel, voyage, shipment, and chartering records.

  • Prepare and maintain shipping and chartering-related documents.

  • Assist in laytime, demurrage, freight, and voyage-related calculations.

  • Follow up on vessel schedules, loading/discharging operations, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with Commercial, Trading, Logistics, Accounts, and Finance departments.

  • Prepare daily/weekly vessel status reports and shipping updates.

  • Follow up and resolve operational and documentation-related issues.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
