• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• BSc in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.

• At most 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At most 28 years

• Basic understanding of garment production and production planning.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of ERP/software.

• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in the RMG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing production plans, loading plans, line plans, and production schedules.

• Support capacity planning and order allocation based on factory requirements.

• Monitor daily production progress against planned targets.

• Coordinate with Production, IE, Merchandising, Quality, Store, and Supply Chain teams.

• Assist in monitoring WIP, cutting, sewing, finishing, and shipment status.

• Identify production bottlenecks and support corrective actions.

• Prepare daily/weekly production reports and KPI updates.

• Assist in T&A follow-up and ensure timely order execution.

• Support continuous improvement in productivity, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
