Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee our complete bakery production and overall factory operations, ensure strict quality and compliance, lead our production team, and drive operational efficiency and expansion.

• Maintain strict factory hygiene and consistent product quality standards.

• Oversee factory operations and schedule production to meet outlet demand.

• Ensure food safety compliance, SOP adherence, and manage factory legal documentation.

• Manage raw materials, inventory, and production costs.

• Handle staffing, rostering, training, and team supervision.

• Identify market growth opportunities and suggest expansion locations.

• Monitor equipment maintenance and drive operational improvements.
