• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience (experience in the Chemicals Industry or related field is highly preferred).

• Soft Skills: Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Formulation & QC: Strong knowledge of formulation, product stability, and quality control.

• Product Development: Hands-on experience in formulation development and product improvement.

• Compliance & Regulations: Good understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and regulatory requirements.

• Product Formulation: Develop and improve formulations specifically for Construction Chemicals products.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet strict quality, stability, and safety standards.

• Raw Materials: Select appropriate raw materials and conduct thorough compatibility studies.

• On-Site Collaboration: Work closely with the Production and QA/QC teams, with a mandatory requirement to stay at the factory site.

• Compliance Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and maintain strict regulatory compliance.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated with new chemical ingredients, emerging technologies, and market trends.

• As per company policy (e.g., Festival Bonus, Factory Accommodation/Allowances, etc.).
