3 years of experience in a merchandising or production is preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze incoming orders, samples, and credit information to develop comprehensive production plans and section loading plans
Supervise the enrollment of artisans and support their skill development through close monitoring of enhanced production capacity and bridge resource gap as required
Develop and implement efficient section loading strategies to ensure balanced workload distribution among artisans and oversee production activities to meet delivery timelines
Verify the quality of incoming raw materials and ensure their appropriate utilization in alignment with job orders to achieve daily production targets
Ensure the production process aligns with quality standards, and minimize production costs, rejections, and alterations
Collaborate with the Center Manager in the recruitment, training, and retention of both new and existing staffs
Display effective leadership within the section by fostering a collaborative work environment, maintaining high employee morale, and promoting positive employee relations
Monitor and maintain the Daily Production Report performance through accurate documentation, while maintaining open communication with management regarding production progress
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
