• Age At least 20 years

• 3 years of experience in a merchandising or production is preferred

• Analyze incoming orders, samples, and credit information to develop comprehensive production plans and section loading plans

• Supervise the enrollment of artisans and support their skill development through close monitoring of enhanced production capacity and bridge resource gap as required

• Develop and implement efficient section loading strategies to ensure balanced workload distribution among artisans and oversee production activities to meet delivery timelines

• Verify the quality of incoming raw materials and ensure their appropriate utilization in alignment with job orders to achieve daily production targets

• Ensure the production process aligns with quality standards, and minimize production costs, rejections, and alterations

• Collaborate with the Center Manager in the recruitment, training, and retention of both new and existing staffs

• Display effective leadership within the section by fostering a collaborative work environment, maintaining high employee morale, and promoting positive employee relations

• Monitor and maintain the Daily Production Report performance through accurate documentation, while maintaining open communication with management regarding production progress

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation

• Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
