Responsibilities & Context:

• To manage the production and all the related activities/process and department as per planning.

• To follow up the implementation of work orders according the production and delivery plan.

• Plan and execute daily production schedules for 35 sets sewing lines, 2 Sets Carton lines & 6 setsn Drawstring lines to achieve on-time shipment.

• Coordinate with HR, Amin, IE, Quality, Cutting, and Warehouse teams to optimize production flow and reduce bottlenecks.

• Monitor and improve line efficiency using productivity tracking and lean manufacturing techniques.

• Ensure adherence to quality checkpoints to deliver right-first-time garments per buyer specifications.

• Enforce floor compliance with safety protocols, social standards, and company policies.

• Mentor and train line supervisors and operators to build a skilled, accountable production team.

• Monitor KPIs such as line efficiency, DHU, and production output to drive continuous improvement.

• Manage production resources effectively to reduce wastage, control overtime, and optimize manpower utilization.

• Resolve production challenges and technical issues to maintain smooth workflow and prevent shipment delays.

• Report production performance to AGM – Production to support operational decisions and planning.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives like Lean, 5S, and Kaizen to enhance efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with order priorities and customer requirements.
