Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering (BUTEX Preferable)

• Apparel Manufacturing/ MBA in Merchandising or Master in any discipline from any recognized university.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Order execution & production coordination

• Buyer & vendor communication

• Sampling & T&A plan management

• Fabric, trims & procurement follow-up

• Production tracking & quality coordination

• Cost control & documentation

• Knowledge of garment manufacturing

• Proficient in MS Office suite & ERP systems

• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills

• Strong communication in English.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skill.

• Self-motivated, confident and proactive.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Maintain regular correspondence with international buyers regarding product queries, order status, shipment schedules, and approvals.

• Liaise with the production, planning, and quality teams to track order progress and ensure production timelines are met.

• Coordinate with suppliers for fabric, trims, and accessories; follow up on lead times and approvals to ensure smooth production flow.

• Assist line manager to speed up production.

• Maintain all communication relevant with merchandising, order files, reports etc.

• Overall responsibilities to look all the accounts assigned by superior, also day to day update to management accordingly.

• Liaison with the buyers & garments factories regarding any issues till the shipment.

• Ensure regular customer communication for expansion of potential market and business growth.

• Any other task as assigned by the superior.
