• Must have experience in maintenance & utility in any Garments industry.

• Prepare annual maintenance plans and budgets.

• Monitor machine performance and maintenance KPIs.

• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring machine failures.

• Ensure timely installation and commissioning of new machinery.

• Maintain machinery history, service records, and maintenance reports.

• Optimize spare parts consumption and maintenance costs.

• Train technicians on troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety and buyer requirements.

• Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.

• Report Plant head for all sorts technical issues related to Maintenance & utility services.

• Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.

• Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.

• Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.

• Submit annual budget for Maintenance Dept.

• Evaluate performance of employees under Maintenance Dept. and submit recommendations to plant head.

• Supervise maintenance technicians and daily repair activities.

• Supervise machinery installation, servicing, and commissioning.

• Can forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.

• Ensure smooth operation and maximum uptime of all garment machinery.

• Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.

• Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report on preventive maintenance, emergency / breakdown maintenance, overhauling & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.

• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.

• Ensure machinery safety and compliance with factory standards.

• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
