• Sound understanding of TNA planning, quality standards and shipment procedures.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising ERP systems.

• Ability to manage multiple orders, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking for a Manager, Merchandising to lead buyer account management and merchandising operations, ensuring profitable order execution, timely shipments and business growth through effective team leadership and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle, from inquiry, costing and sampling to production, shipment and payment realization.

• Negotiate pricing with buyers and monitor order profitability to achieve margin targets.

• Prepare and monitor TNA calendars to ensure timely submissions, approvals, material booking and shipments.

• Coordinate with factories, suppliers and internal teams to ensure material readiness, production progress and quality compliance.

• Lead and develop the merchandising team, assign buyer portfolios and ensure timely, accurate execution.

• Maintain buyer relationships, resolve claims and escalations, explore new business opportunities and report order status, risks and forecasts to the CMO.
