Responsible for managing social compliance activities across assigned factories, including audits, CAP/CAPR, customer requirements, documentation, and compliance communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct social compliance audits, prepare reports, and follow up on non-conformities.

• Manage CAP/CAPR for internal, third-party, and customer audits, ensuring timely closure.

• Handle customer compliance communication and follow-ups.

• Maintain customer compliance portals with updated audit reports, certifications, and CAP/CAPR status.

• Maintain factory compliance records, licenses, certifications, and other mandatory documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams and factories to ensure timely implementation of customer compliance requirements.
