Renaissance Designs Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager, Merchandising to lead the merchandising function by driving business growth, developing new buyer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of orders from product development to shipment. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and close collaboration with buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality products on time while maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new buyers and grow business with existing customers.
Lead the end-to-end merchandising process from inquiry to shipment.
Maintain strong buyer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate product development, costing, sourcing, and order execution.
Negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers to maximize profitability.
Monitor production, T&A, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time shipment.
Resolve issues related to sourcing, production, quality, and delivery.
Lead and mentor the merchandising team to achieve business objectives.
Prepare business, order, and performance reports for management.
