Job Context: The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the clinic’s services, generating potential clients, supporting marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and contributing to the growth of the clinic’s aesthetics, wellness, and hair transplant services.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Promote the clinic’s services, including aesthetics, wellness, and hair transplant treatments.

2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing clients.

3. Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing activities.

4. Communicate with prospective clients, explain available services, and coordinate appointments with the relevant departments.

5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, corporate organizations, referral partners, and other potential business partners.

6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

7. Support promotional campaigns, events, health awareness programmes, and other marketing activities.

8. Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure consistent communication of marketing campaigns and promotional offers.

9. Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, client conversion, and marketing expenses.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports and submit them to the reporting authority.

11. Achieve assigned marketing targets, lead generation goals, and client acquisition objectives.

12. Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive brand image of the clinic.

13. Coordinate with the Front Desk, PRO, Counselling, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth client handling.

14. Maintain confidentiality of client information and comply with the clinic’s policies and professional standards.

15. Perform any other marketing-related duties assigned by the authorized management.

Required Qualifications:

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotional activities.

* Ability to work with targets, generate leads, and prepare reports.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.

Professional Conduct:

The employee must maintain confidentiality, follow organizational policies, use approved marketing materials, provide accurate information about clinic services, and ensure that all promotional activities comply with management guidelines and applicable regulations.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:

· 2 to 5 year(s)

· The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Nursing, Aesthetic Clinic, Dermatology Center, or Premium Healthcare Facility.

Additional Requirements:

· Age 24 to 35 years

· Previous experience in marketing, sales, client acquisition, or healthcare/aesthetic clinic marketing is preferred.

· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary range: (16,000 -20,000) BDT
