Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
- Minimum 5 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in hospital nursing management is preferred.
- Knowledge of ICU, NICU, PICU, and general ward nursing operations will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise nursing services and ensure quality patient care.
- Manage nursing staff schedules, duty rosters, and departmental responsibilities.
- Monitor nursing practices, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with physicians and other hospital departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies.
