Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a relevant discipline.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating fashion design and product development capabilities.

• Strong understanding of apparel construction, fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and embellishments.

• Good knowledge of current fashion trends and international apparel markets.

• Experience in developing commercially viable designs for international/local fashion brands will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.

• Strong sketching, visualization, color sense, and creative skills.

• Good understanding of garment manufacturing and production processes.

• Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple design projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative fashion concepts and apparel designs.

• Conduct trend, market, color, and fabric research.

• Create sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.

• Develop new styles based on customer and market requirements.

• Select fabrics, colors, prints, trims, and embellishments.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Product Development, CAD, and Production teams.

• Develop and follow up on samples and prototypes.

• Review samples and provide design comments for improvement.

• Ensure designs are commercially viable and production-friendly.

• Support seasonal collection and product development.

• Stay updated with global fashion trends and market developments.

• Maintain design files, samples, and development records.
