Job Responsibilities

• Overall management and supervision of apparel operations.

• Factory inspection and factory performance monitoring.

• Oversee quality, production and operational management.

• Manage merchandising and marketing activities.

• Product development and technical support development.

• Monitor shipment-related activities and ensure timely execution.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and standards.

• Coordinate with factories, buyers and internal teams.

• Support management in operational planning and decision-making.

• Resolve operational, production, quality and merchandising issues.

• Ensure smooth execution of buyer requirements from product development through shipment.

• Take strategic and operational decisions for the apparel division.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Additional Requirements

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

• Excellent knowledge of the RMG/apparel industry.

• Strong factory, production, quality and merchandising knowledge.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: USD 3,600 per month
• House Rent: USD 360 per month
• Conveyance: USD 30 per month
• Medical Allowance: USD 120 per month
