Daily production planning, execution, and shift supervision in the injection molding section to achieve targets.
Monitor machine parameters, cycle times, cleanroom molding processes, and optimize overall yield.
Rapid identification and troubleshooting of plastic injection molding defects.
Allocation of manpower, operator training, minimizing material wastage, and startup scrap.
Maintain daily production logs, shift reports, and scrap breakdown records while adhering to ISO 13485 standards.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for seamless operations.
