Perform regular preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance for plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Provide rapid hands-on troubleshooting for electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial automation systems (PLCs, VFDs, sensors).
Coordinate closely with production executives to minimize machine downtime and ensure uninterrupted shift operations.
Maintain spare parts inventories, equipment history cards, and maintenance logs.
