• Age At least 32 years

• At least 8-10 years and above of hands-on, practical experience in the hairpiece/wigs quality control (specifically focusing on toupees, wigs, and ornaments).

• Prior specialized experience working directly as a quality controller in a wig-manufacturing line is highly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in wig-making techniques and deep knowledge of quality control parameters specific to synthetic or human hair processing.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a highly diversified team culture and adapt to structured industrial workflows.

Context: ARTNATURE BANGLADESH LIMITED., is located at Lot No. C16, BSEZ, Sonpara, Panchrukhi via Rupganj, Araihazar, Narayanganj-1460, Bangladesh, and is engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing, exporting and importing hairpieces such as toupees, wigs, wiglets and the like including hair accessories and ornaments of all makes and kinds as well as all materials, including human hair and synthetic hair supplies.

Artnature Bangladesh Limited is a subsidiary company of Artnature Inc. Yoyogi, Tokyo, Japan. To support our new plant at BSEZ, we are looking for candidates who are interested in joining in the mentioned position and want to be a part of the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous quality control inspections across all manufacturing and processing stages for premium hairpieces, including toupees, wigs, wiglets, and custom hair accessories.

• Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods to ensure full compliance with established Artnature quality and technical standards.

• Establish and execute standardized testing procedures to evaluate hairpiece durability, color consistency, base mesh integrity, and overall knotting precision.

• Identify production defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with production supervisors to implement immediate corrective actions.

• Collaborate with the R&D and manufacturing teams to optimize processing workflows, maintain craftsmanship standards, and minimize material waste.

• Lead and train quality inspectors to ensure strict adherence to quality assurance protocols.
