Achieve optimum productivity and efficiency in use of man, machine, method, materials and other physical assets available and ensure production of quality product of Assembly Shop.
Implement new processes by evaluating the PS, OS & Conduct TP & SOP.
Oversee and monitor the daily production Operation with standard process
Achieve the Daily production target based on the production plan.
Ensure quality standards & assemble defect-free motorcycles.
Maintain assembly tools, accessories & other consumable materials and also contribute in stock management process.
Identify the required tools, accessories & other consumable items and issue requisition.
Monitor various machine operations under the assembly section.
Ensure that team members follow defined assembly procedures & comply with quality requirements.
Monitor & develop team members through various trainings & guidance to achieve the target.
Ensure implementation of 5S practices to maintain cleanliness at the workplace.
Ensure daily, monthly and yearly production reports as per management requirements.
Monitor material supply operations.
Any other task assigned by management.
