Responsibilities & Context:
Develop comprehensive production schedules based on monthly demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
Collaborate with various departments to effectively allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targets.
Identify opportunities to streamline production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency to maximize productivity.
Track KPIs such as production output, quality metrics, and adherence to schedules, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Liaise with various teams, including Production, Procurement, and Logistics, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of production plans.
ontinuously review and refine production planning processes and systems to enhance effectiveness and adaptability to changing business needs.
