Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct annual RM-QAFA, CMA & RS Compliance Self-Assessment and maintain required evidence.
Prepare and maintain Manufacturing Control Plan (MCP) and organize PP Meetings.
Conduct regular quality meetings, training, and internal quality audits with CAPA follow-up.
Monitor KPIs, machine breakdown trends, and support continuous quality improvement.
Investigate customer/buyer complaints through RCA and implement corrective actions.
Maintain audit-ready quality and compliance documentation.
Participate in Target Buyer quality meetings and ensure action plan execution.
