JMI Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd. is a public limited company with joint collaboration of Republic of Korea and Japan for the production of export quality Auto-Disable (AD) Syringes, all kinds of Disposable Syringes, Medical Devices etc. With the technical collaboration of Star Syringe Ltd., UK, JMI has introduced Auto Disable (AD) syringe in Bangladesh and is the pioneer for this technology. The company has been accredited with CE, EN ISO 13485: 2016, ISP 9001: 2015 and GMP Certification.
We are looking for an Executive to our Engineering (IPQC) team for immediate appointment.
Perform ln process control (lPC) related activities during production and lnform concerned immediately if anomalies are observed
Handle of lPC parameter failure during manufacturing and packaging its maintenance.
lssue RELEASED, REJECTED, ON HOLD, etc table on time
Ensure that batch documentations are made at the time of the activity being happened. ln case of delay it must be justified and reasonable.
Collect BMR, BPR documents of etch batch of all productions from production on time
Give line clearance/ Change Over
Sampling of all intermediate and finished product as per procedures
Sampling during process validation as per approved protocol/plan
Check proper labeling the product container and status labeling of equipment and area
Perform of equipment any other QA/QC activities/responsibilities
Prepare and update department SOPs
Provide support for investigation & feedback associated with deviation and complaints including risk assessments
Perform/implement any other activities/ responsibilities not mentioned above when necessary and assigned by Department Head
