Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for plant production and target achievement.
Operate and optimise FLS/Loesche VRM for stable and efficient production.
Monitor VRM capacity, power consumption, vibration, pressure, and product quality.
Ensure smooth operation of the raw mill, coal mill, and cement mill.
Identify production losses and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with maintenance, QC, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
Optimise process parameters and energy consumption.
Monitor production KPIs, including TPH, power consumption, and equipment availability.
Lead the production team and ensure effective manpower utilisation.
Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
