• Hands-on experience in Ball Mill and Pack House operations.

• Good knowledge of cement grinding process and DCS operation.

• Ability to monitor process parameters and troubleshoot operational issues.

• Understanding of cement quality requirements and safety procedures.

• Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Job Responsibilities

* Operate and monitor the Ball Mill and Pack House through the Distributed Control System (DCS).

* Ensure smooth and uninterrupted cement production during the assigned shift.

* Monitor process parameters and make necessary adjustments to maintain stable mill performance.

* Keep continuous watch on machine performance and identify any operational abnormalities.

* Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure the required cement quality.

* Inform the Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance teams immediately in case of equipment faults or breakdowns.

* Record hourly process data and maintain operational log sheets accurately.

* Prepare daily shift production reports and other required operational records.

* Monitor the operation of Ball Mill auxiliary equipment and ensure proper functioning.

* Ensure continuous feeding of clinker, gypsum, and other additives to the grinding system.

* Monitor Pack House operations and coordinate with field operators to ensure smooth cement packing and dispatch.

* Take immediate corrective actions to minimize production interruptions and reduce downtime.

* Maintain effective communication with field operators and other shift personnel for smooth plant operation.

* Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and housekeeping practices.

* Support initiatives to improve production efficiency, equipment performance, and overall plant productivity.
