Responsibilities & Context:
কম্পিউটার, ল্যাপটপ ও অন্যান্য আইটি পণ্যের স্পেয়ার পার্টসের No Fault Found (NFF) যাচাই করা
স্পেয়ার পার্টস পরীক্ষা করে ভালো(Good) ও ত্রুটিপূর্ণ (Bad) হিসেবে আলাদা করা
Level-4 পর্যায়ে PCB-A/মাদারবোর্ড পরীক্ষা ও মেরামত করা
ডিসপ্লে, মাদারবোর্ড এবং অন্যান্য কম্পিউটার যন্ত্রাংশ পরীক্ষা ও রিপেয়ার করা
কম্পিউটার ও ল্যাপটপের হার্ডওয়্যার এবং সফটওয়্যার সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা নির্নয় (Troubleshooting) ও সমাধান করা
