• SSC/HSC or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Diploma/ Automobile/ Electrical trade preferred.

• Age At least 30 years

• Minimum 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Injection Moulding Machine maintenance.

• Strong practical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

• Experience in plastic House Hold Product, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliance industry is highly preferred.

• Ability to read machine manuals and technical drawings (basic level).

• Must be capable of working under pressure.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Injection Moulding Machine Mechanic to join our production team in a fast-growing plastic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth machine operation, quick troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to maintain high production efficiency and product quality.

Job Location: Factory (Baluakandi, Gozaria, Munshigonj.)

Job Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and operate Injection Moulding Machines efficiently.

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults and resolve breakdowns quickly.

• Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of machines.

• Adjust machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality.

• Reduce machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and maintenance planning.

• Support production team during machine changeover and mould setting.

• Maintain proper maintenance records and report major technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and factory standards.
