Responsibilities & Context:
· Supervise and lead a team of junior sewing machine mechanics and maintenance technicians.
· Develop and implement routine preventive, predictive maintenance.
· Minimize machine downtime and ensure maximum machine availability across production lines.
· Perform advanced troubleshooting, mechanical adjustments, and precise timing fixes on complex sewing machinery.
· Manage stock levels of critical spare parts, needles, and machine oil.
· Collaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to execute flawless production layouts.
