Responsibilities & Context:
হাইব্রিড সোলার আইপিএস মেরামত এবং সার্ভিসিং ইনডোর এবং আউটডোর।
কর্পোরেট ক্লায়েন্টদের হাইব্রিড সোলার আইপিএস জন্য দ্রুত সহায়তা প্রদান।
নতুন সোলার প্যানেল, ইনভার্টার, ব্যাটারি এবং আইপিএস (IPS) সিস্টেম সঠিকভাবে ওয়্যারিং ও ইনস্টল করা।
সোলার চার্জ কন্ট্রোলার, ইনভার্টার বা ব্যাটারিতে কোনো সমস্যা হলে তা দ্রুত আইডেন্টিফাই করা এবং মেরামত করা।
গ্রাহকদের সোলার ও আইপিএস সিস্টেম ব্যবহারের সঠিক নিয়ম ও নিরাপত্তা বিষয়ে বুঝিয়ে বলা।
