• Diploma or Trade Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Relevant technical or vocational certification will be an added advantage.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in AC and electrical maintenance or a related field.

• Good knowledge of air-conditioning systems, electrical installation, and maintenance.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common AC and electrical faults.

• Basic knowledge of compressors, motors, refrigerant systems, electrical circuits, and control components.

• Understanding of electrical and refrigeration safety procedures.

• Ability to use basic testing and maintenance tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Technician, AC and Electrical Maintenance to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning and electrical systems. The incumbent will ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of equipment and facilities through scheduled preventive maintenance and prompt breakdown support.
Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on air-conditioning systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair AC units, including split, cassette, package, and other cooling systems as applicable.

• Check and maintain compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, refrigerant lines, and electrical components.

• Perform electrical maintenance, wiring, installation, and repair works as required.

• Inspect electrical panels, breakers, switches, sockets, lighting, and cable connections.

• Identify and rectify electrical and AC-related faults and breakdowns in a timely manner.

• Monitor the performance of AC systems and report abnormal conditions or recurring issues.

• Assist in refrigerant charging, leak detection, and basic servicing of AC systems following proper safety procedures.

• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the approved maintenance schedule.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs, and replaced materials.

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with electrical and workplace safety standards.

• Coordinate with external AC technicians, vendors, and contractors when required.

• Report major equipment faults, safety risks, and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

• Perform any other duties related to AC and electrical maintenance as assigned by management.
