CCTV Installation, Configuration ও Troubleshooting সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
Access Control Installation, Configuration ও Troubleshooting সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
CCTV ও Access Control-এর Software Configuration সম্পর্কে ব্যবহারিক জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
DVR/NVR, IP Camera এবং সাধারণ Networking সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে ভালো।
ইনডোর ও আউটডোর উভয় পরিবেশে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
ইনডোর ও আউটডোর উভয় স্থানে Access Control Device ইনস্টলেশন, কনফিগারেশন, টেস্টিং ও সার্ভিসিং করা।
ইনডোর ও আউটডোর উভয় স্থানে CCTV ক্যামেরা ও সিস্টেম ইনস্টলেশন, কনফিগারেশন, টেস্টিং ও সার্ভিসিং করা।
CCTV ও Access Control System-এর বিভিন্ন ধরনের টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যা শনাক্ত ও সমাধান করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী CCTV ও Access Control-এর সফটওয়্যার কনফিগারেশন করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন কাস্টমার সাইটে গিয়ে ইনস্টলেশন, পরিদর্শন, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও ট্রাবলশুটিং করা।
ক্যামেরা, DVR/NVR, Access Control Device, Wiring ও Connectivity সঠিকভাবে ইনস্টল ও পরীক্ষা করা।
কাস্টমারের সার্ভিস সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা সমাধান এবং প্রয়োজনীয় টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা।
