GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Asst. AC Technician/AC Technician" under Utility & Maintenance Department for Factory Unit, located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gzipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Systems: Install new air conditioning units (Split, Window, Cassette, and Central AC) according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

• Routine Maintenance: Perform regular servicing, including cleaning filters, washing cooling coils, and clearing drain lines to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshooting Faults: Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in malfunctioning AC units to identify the root cause of issues.

• Component Repairing: Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, fan motors, capacitors, and electronic control boards (PCB).

• Leak Detection: Use specialized tools to detect refrigerant leaks in the piping system and fix them safely.

• Gas Charging: Measure refrigerant levels, pull vacuum on the system, and recharge gas (like R32, R410a) as needed.

• Wiring & Testing: Inspect electrical wiring, connect controls, and test thermostats to ensure precise temperature regulation.

• Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals to execute precise installations.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear appropriate  Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent workplace hazards.
