Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, dismantle, and commission industrial machinery.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, and rotating equipment.
- Carry out shaft alignment, leveling, and precision measurements using appropriate tools.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.
- Replace worn or damaged machine parts and maintain maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and company HSE policies.
- Coordinate with production and electrical maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
