অফিসের কাগজপত্র ও ফাইল এক স্থান থেকে অন্য স্থানে পৌঁছে দেওয়া।
অফিসের পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও সুশৃঙ্খল পরিবেশ বজায় রাখতে সহায়তা করা।
কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারীদের প্রয়োজনে সহযোগিতা করা।
কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য দাপ্তরিক কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
