Position Overview

Car Clinic is looking for an experienced Head Engineer to take overall responsibility for the new workshop and vehicle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete daily workshop operation.

• Supervise mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff.

• Inspect vehicles and diagnose mechanical/electrical problems.

• Plan and monitor servicing, repairs, and maintenance.

• Check repair quality before vehicle delivery.

• Manage workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts.

• Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and cleanliness.

• Handle technical customer complaints and provide solutions.

• Monitor job progress, costs, and delivery times.

• Report workshop performance and requirements to management.

• Help develop Car Clinic's workshop operations and service standards.

Requirements

B.Sc. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant workshop experience.

• Strong practical knowledge of vehicle repair and diagnostics.

• Experience managing mechanics and technicians.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Honest, responsible, and capable of working independently.

Main Objective

The Head Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that Car Clinic's new workshop operates professionally, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining high-quality vehicle service.
